Finding Your Unique Brilliance: The Three E's Model
We all have a unique form of mastery—something that is quite rare to us that we came to planet earth to share. The trouble is, many of us have grown up in cultures or family systems that valued a particular type of genius—so we often discounted our own. Here, I’ll teach you to get in touch with your unique mastery through a process I call the Three E’s—the eh, the excellent and the exceptional.
The objective of this exercise is for us to identify each of our zones and how much time we are spending in them. The goal is to take one step closer to our genius every single day. When we do our work from this place, time expands and we use much less energy and mindshare. In short, what we are capable of expands exponentially.
